Inventory Management
Inventory information is updated continuously based on equipment reallocation/exchanging/extension works as ordered by the operator. We arrange our own warehouse for maintaining stock depending on the number of sites in each region. Monthly update of stock will be provided to customer and balance data for equipment and materials along with consumptions, fault units and requirements for spares/materials.
Site Management
Telenium can represent their client for various site management issue on local and state level. We can act as the first respondent for any kind of issue, may it be vandalism or small dispute in local level. We are more than capable to manage various aspect of site management like site acquisition, lease prolongation, dispute resolution, and response to vandalism. Also, we keep proper documentation and record of various activity associated with site management.
Call Center Operation
We can also provide call center operation for our customer. we have a team of experts who can do/act as per requirement of our customers. We can operate the call center in three shifts as to provide 24 hour service to our customers.
